The Teen Victim Impact Program was designed with two goals in mind.  To get rid of the mindset  ‘It Won’t Happen To Me’ and to instill the importance of seat belt use,  as so many of the teens we represent would be alive today if they had just had their seat belt on.   Since the start of this initiative we have seen a dramatic decrease in teen traffic fatalities in both Gwinnett and Walton Counties.
